Travis grew up in the mountains of Montana. He has been serving in ministry since his youth, and spent most of the first decade of his marriage with his wife Jennica helping church plants. It was through helping other pastors with church planting that they discerned their calling to plant a church in Goshen Indiana, in 2014. Travis enjoys life with his wife and three children: Ezekiel, Elliet and Judah. Travis is a natural-born entrepreneur and often dreams up business ideas he’ll never use, just for the fun of it. In his free time, he prefers any activity that gets him outside and into the woods. He is passionate about helping people connect to God and each other through intentional relationships.

Ed serves on the board of various local and international ministries where his primary mission is to equip the church to further God's Kingdom into their communities. He has decades of ministerial experience and serves as a voice of guidance and leadership for our board and church. Him and his wife Sharon have six sons, five daughter-in-laws and thirteen grandchildren. They enjoy engaging with them during this chapter in their lives.

Deb grew up in Elkhart and spent most of her life there.  She moved to Goshen in 1996.  She and her husband, Troy have been part of the Vine since 2019.  Deb has worked as a financial advisor for the last 17 years and is excited about her new role at The Vine.  She has a passion for growing in intimacy with God and a heart for encouraging others as they follow Jesus.  She and Troy have 4 children and 6 grandchildren.  They enjoy traveling and being outdoors in the warm weather.  In the spring and summer you will often find them on the Pumpkin Vine riding their e-bikes.

Valerie grew up in Napoleon, Ohio, and is the oldest of six children. She and her
husband, Bill, have been married for over 30 years and are proud parents of five
children and grandparents to seventeen grandchildren. Valerie and Bill have been part of The Vine since 2018, and Valerie has served on the board since the beginning of her time there.

Valerie has a deep love for God and her family and is passionate about strengthening
marriages. Alongside her husband, she leads marriage counseling and classes at The
Vine. In her free time, Valerie enjoys cooking and baking, supporting her family at their sporting activities, and spending time in her flower garden, where she loves listening to worship music and connecting with God.

Caleb is passionate about guiding the next generation to grow in faith, build strong relationships, and discover their purpose in Christ. With 3 years of pastoral experience, he is dedicated to creating a welcoming and engaging environment for our youth.  He has been married to his wife Carina for over 10 years. They have 2 children together, Jimi and Norah whom he loves spending time with. A hobby of his is playing pickleball whenever he gets a chance. As our Youth Director, he is committed to equipping our youth with the tools to spiritually thrive and make a positive impact in their communities.
